Welcome to the Alfredo Yordán Entertainment Group Online Calendar of Events page. Now, clients, event coordinators and promoters can access our calendar of events to verify the availability of dates for their upcoming events.

GUIDELINES

Before starting, please read the following guidelines regarding the use of the enclosed information:

STEP 1 - VIEW THE DESIRE MONTH

Select the desire month from the list on the right side of this webpage.

STEP 2 - WHEN VIEWING THE MONTH, VERIFY THE WEBPAGE LAST UPDATE INFORMATION

Verify the "Last Update" made to the select month webpage. Our Customer Service Center will try to have the page up to date for accuracy on the information.

STEP 3 - REVIEW DATE OF THE MONTH

Review the desire date and check to see if it is available. To ease the process, we have created the following color code:

g	Date Available The Dates is available for service.
g	Booked Date The date is reserved for a client so it is not available.
g	Stand-By Date The date is hold by a client but maybe available for other clients. In this case, the client may contact our Customer Service Center to know the availability.
g	Date Not Available The date is not available for service

SEASON CLASSIFICATION CHART

Alfredo Yordán Entertainment Group has created a Season Classification Chart so you may know which of the months are the busiest and which ones are accessible. This chart will help you in the planning process of your event so you can plan ahead, find the date that fits your needs and take advantage on prices, discounts and special offers on our entertainment services. Please, review the following chart:

CLASSIFICATION	MONTHS	RATES
HIGH SEASON	January, May, June, October and December	There is a high volume of service and prices are higher than normal. Usually, dates have more demand, that means that it is difficult to have availability on most of service dates.
MID SEASON	February, March, July and September	The service volume is normal and the prices remain the same. You may find available dates easily. Sometimes you may enjoy special offers.
LOW SEASON	April, August and November	The service volume is low so you can find dates without any problems, prices are low and you can enjoy discounts and special offers on all services
